At 40 years old, I found out I had cervical cancer, and had to have a total hysterectomy! One month to the day, I had the worse hot flashes, I felt I was going crazy! I have had a long history of heavy bleeding during my cycle and I learned to just live with it. I read that heavy bleeding can be caused by estrogen dominance and I started using progesterone créme.
